I am not sure if you service commercial buildings such as strata complexes, but I wanted to reach out nonetheless to see if you do.
I manage the strata complex at 1510 Hillside and am seeking a quote for moss removal in the parkade/driveway, as well as on the landing located outside the bedroom window of Unit 206.
In addition, we would appreciate your recommendations on how the moss on the landing/roof section outside Unit 206 can be safely removed without causing damage. Access appears to be limited and would likely require ladder access from the right side of the building to the second floor.
